We’re excited to attend our first FDIC event in Indianapolis this month. If you are looking for us, we’ll be in the Convention Center at booth number 2309. We felt this show was a good fit for us because we offer so many of the services that municipalities and their support services need. Although we can’t offer all our or services nationwide, we can handle your hardware, backup and cybersecurity needs as well as remote desktop support from our offices in Indianapolis.
Who You’ll Meet at our FDIC 2024 Booth
Although our team members will be in and out of the booth on the FDIC 2024 show floor throughout the day, at least two of us will be there to answer your questions and talk to you about how we can help you and your business or organization. Our booth staff includes:
Drew Callard
Our owner and greatest source of product and service offering knowledge. Drew has been in the IT support industry for over twenty years. He handles assigning and dispatching tickets and making sure each client has the hardware and services they need to run smoothly.
Heather Callard
Heather is a new addition to the Toucan Technology Group team. Over the past two years she’s been learning a whole new world from her nursing background. However, her experience working for non-profits and dealing with government has proved beneficial in her helping us win the contract for several municipalities and non-profits.
Beth Vriesman
If you need help with your online presence, social media, or any marketing or informational brochures, she’s the team member you’ll want to speak with. As the brains behind our blogs, she knows what we do and how we can help you.
Kyle Carter
Kyle is actually a Kaseya/Datto team member here to help us at the show. As Toucan is a Platinum partner with Datto, he’s ready to share more about their cybersecurity and data backup services offered by Toucan through Kaseya/Datto.
